If you are interested in joining Gravesend Rowing Club,
here is the essential information you need :
- Our membership fee is £120 a year or a pro-rata amount
until the end of the year.
- If you wish to keep a boat at the club, the rack fee
is £50 a year.
- If you wish, you can pay by direct debit over 12 months.
- You must be able to swim 100 metres in light clothing.
- The minimum age for a rowing member is 13.
- When you go out in a boat, you must bring a change
of clothing and a towel.
- Club sessions are :
- Sundays 10.00.
- Tuesdays 19.00.
- Thursdays 19.00.
- (In the winter, mid-week sessions are land-training
starting at 18.30, in summer we get out on the water)
- If you get involved with a training crew, you may
wish to train at other times - these can be catered for by arrangement with
the committee.
